eCommerce Coordinator

Responsibilities • Achieves sales and margin targets by implementing technical and non-technical strategies and initiatives that will drive product revenue, margin, sell-though, UPT, ASP and conversion • Analyze weekly selling reports Identify slow/no selling items and determine merchandising decisions to improve performance • Visually and analytically merchandise and sort the website. • Performs daily site updates including: product activation, categorization, image upload management, size • Full category ownership and optimization responsibilities • Work with category Buyer on product assortment and create merchandising strategy based on buy plan; provide product recommendations and product feedback to assist in buying process • Coordinate go-live timing for styles for features and campaigns • Implement and optimize navigation based on current product assortment and seasonality. • Perform weekly competitive analysis • Various other duties, projects and responsibilities may fall under this role on an as needed basis. Skills • 2-3 years on an e-commerce merchandising team • Strong customer focus and proven track record of applying customer insights and trends to proposed digital solutions. • Must be highly organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful and have the ability to envision innovative solutions in a complex environment • Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to utilize customer data in the most effective and innovative ways • Must be able to clearly communicate complex ideas, timelines, tasks and deadlines to all business partners. • Sound independent judgement skills and a proactive decision maker • Team player mentality required with the ability to coordinate tasks and work well with the other members and cross functional teams. • Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others. • Highly proactive and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
