Email and CRM Marketing Manager

In this position, you would be responsiblefor overseeing all aspects of CRM ensuring the company can make the most out ofmarketing opportunities it offers.
· Develop and implementCRM strategies across the company to drive customer retention and customerloyalty and achieve the company’s objectives
· Establish the CRMplatform structure and architecture to ensure required information captured at keypoints in the customer life cycle
· Oversee customerjourney mapping, analyze touch points, maximize commercial opportunities, and directcommunications with customers through the CRM
· Collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects ofthe company and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targetedmarketing activities
· Monitor and maximizecustomer lifetime value strategies to ensure maximum profitability and oversee themigration of all direct communications
· Implement testingstrategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach forthe company and its products
· 3-5 years’ extensive experiencewith any of the following: Salesforce, NetSuite, MailChimp, HubSpot, or Haystack
· Extensive direct anddigital marketing experience
· Strong background incustomer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
