Email & CRM Manager

In this role, you would be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring communication with customers across channels to maximize engagement.
• Manage email and cross-channel communication strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and re-acquisition
• Oversee campaign development, setup, QA and reporting across the customer lifecycle, including transactional, acquisition, onboarding, content promotion, and reacquisition campaigns
• Evaluate customer data to automate more successful customer interactions in partnership with the development and business intelligence teams
• Remain current of emerging trends and recommend key insights to optimize campaign performance, customer value, and retention
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop unique channel specific creative assets and conduct advanced customer analytics to inform new engagement strategies
• 3+ years’ CRM or retention marketing experience with
• Experience with email campaign management tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; mySQL proficiency preferred
• Cross-channel marketing experience (SMS, Push, In-App) a plus
