Email & CRM Marketing Manager

Email & CRM Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on email and cross-channel (text, push, other) communication strategies with a specific focus on driving acquisition, retention and re-acquisition
  • Own campaign development, setup, QA and reporting across the customer lifecycle; including transactional, acquisition, onboarding, content promotion and reacquisition campaigns
  • Work with development and business intelligence teams to advance our ‘single view’ of our customer, manage customer data to inform and automate more successful customer interactions
  • Identify trends and develop new insights in customer communications, recommend/execute responses to optimize campaign performance, customer value and retention
  • Collaborate with creative/content team to generate unique channel specific creative assets
  • Conduct advanced customer analytics to inform new engagement strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate to reach customers in re-targeting advertising channels

Email & CRM Marketing Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of CRM or retention marketing experience with a focus on email
  • Cross-channel marketing experience (SMS, Push, In-App) a plus
  • Experience with email campaign management tools
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills demonstrated through past work
  • Results driven, ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Strong excel skills required, mySQL proficiency preferred
  • Highly effective working cross-functionally, especially with technical teams in product management capacity (end vision based- ability to generate, articulate and advance product requirements for needed tools)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and lack of structure, ability to develop processes
  • HTML markup skills a plus
  • eCommerce or retail industry experience a plus
