Engagement Coordinator

Our client, a new branded internal agency, is looking for a whip smart and creative Engagement Coordinator to join their new and growing team. In support of their mission, we are currently seeking an Engagement Coordinator who will support our team’s communications and engagement efforts. Our ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with previous communications and event management experience, a keen eye for detail, and a process-oriented mindset.


• Manage the team’s overall events and engagements calendar

• Support the planning and tactical execution of owned and hosted events

• Support the development and execution of stakeholder outreach and communications

• Monitor and track incoming partnership requests and subsequent engagement

• Build and manage the team’s stakeholder and partner database

• Develop best practices for managing and measuring engagements activities


• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, business, or related field

• 3+ years of professional experience

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Keynote, Airtable, and content management systems

• Excellent writing and communications skills

• Strong process-oriented mindset with impeccable planning skills

• Proven ability to build and cultivate authentic relationships

• Creative thinker with the ability to make progress in the face of ambiguity

• High level of integrity and adherence to protecting confidential information

• An interest in purpose-driven startups and new business ventures is a plus
