The Environmental Graphic Designer participates in project design and provides design and documentation on projects. Under the direction of a Project Environmental Graphic Designer or Sr. Environmental Graphic Designer, the Environmental Graphic Designer is responsible for achieving quality design and documentation.
Graduate of an accredited Graphic Design program or a related design program with Bachelor's level degree.
Demonstrated knowledge of design, selection and documentation.
Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Adhere to the Clients guidelines to meet deadlines and budgets for each project.
Maintain knowledge of the clients projects and resources.
Assist in exploring and documenting site analysis and design alternatives.
Assist in proposal/marketing efforts.
Prepare and develop high quality design solutions, specifications, presentation drawings and construction documents.
Communicates with client and consultant/contractor representatives effectively.
Establish and documents appropriate material selection and detailing.
Assist in the selection of fabrication options.
Provide construction phase services.
Promote a collaborative team environment.
Guide designers in their assigned tasks.
Contribute as required to the overall quality and success of the project, studio and firm.
