Executive Assistant

Our client, a global leader in the performance and lifestyle footwear industry known for its performance footwear, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their President of Retail! This position requires knowledge of human resource processes and forms and handling work visas. This energetic and fashion forward candidate will communicate with the retail team, work through heavy calendar management and be professional and eager to work.


Assist the President of Retail in high-level administrative functions including prioritizing and organizing daily information flow, communication, project delegation, management of travel, scheduling functions and general follow-up.


  • Managing calendar and coordinating travel domestically and internationally
  • Help maintain and organize travel itineraries for quick information access
  • Serve as Executive's liaison with management team and other departments in the resolution of day-to-day administration and operations
  • Maintains structures for inter team communications within department
  • Managing appointments and meetings
  • Screen telephone calls
  • Process incoming mail
  • Reserve conference rooms
  • Handle special projects and/or department specific assignments on an as-needed and sometimes urgent basis
  • Follow up on projects with management and merchandising team
  • Create and review executive level presentations
  • Prepare, reconcile, track, and submit expense reports as requested
  • Establish, maintain, and update files, databases, records and other documents
  • Prepares weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Coordinate on board and off board activities for new hires; complete system requests
  • Supervise temporary employees
  • Manage confidential information with absolute confidentiality
