Executive Assistant

Leading interiors and home product company is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team!

This role supports a C-level executive and requires very strong organization and communication skills! The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, be a self-starter, highly proficient within Excel and able to work seamlessly across different levels within the company

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Extensive calendar management and ability to react to last minute changes
  • Book and manage travel arrangements
  • Manage and produce various reports in Excel extracting necessary information
  • Plan and prepare for meetings and presentations ensuring all materials are ready
  • Keep track of expenses and budgets compiling expense reports
  • Drafting and producing correspondence on behalf of executive
  • Conduct research and compile reports as needed
  • Work cross-functionally within the organization on behalf of executive
  • Serve as the gatekeeper
  • 5-10 years of experience supporting C-Level executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, forward thinking and able to respond to ever changing requests
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and exceptional organizational skills
