Executive Assistant to Co-Founder

Our client, an emerging denim brand, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team! In this high-level role, you will be assist the Founder and Chairman of the company. You will seamlessly oversee and execute a variety of essential administrative responsibilities, while demonstrating exceptional poise and professionalism at all times. Your outstanding interpersonal skills, diplomatic nature, and ability to intuitively and proactively respond to ever-changing priorities will allow you to thrive in this rewarding role. You will often act as the executive’s first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization.

Tasks are likely to include:

• Manage extensive and dynamic executive calendars, across multiple client accounts 
• Ensuring executive is well prepared for all meetings, including all relevant materials briefed and arranged 
• Arranging travel, visas and all accommodations for a complex travel schedule, international meetings across multiple time zones 
• Occasionally, traveling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings 
• Serve as the gatekeeper to the executive and liaise with prominent contacts on their behalf 
• Expertly sort, organize, and prioritize a high-volume of emails 
• Compose, edit, and send high-level correspondence 
• Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority 
• Aid in communication efforts between multiple teams, departments, and companies 
• Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations 
• Handle expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail 
• Assist with special projects and events as needed 
• Develop relationships with internal team members and external contacts 
• Booking personal appointments, dinner reservations, and occasionally booking holiday travel 
• Manage and liaise with personal properties 

• Extensive, proven experience in high-level executive support roles-with references 
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
• Autonomous work ethic with little direction needed
• Superb ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
• Needs to have a car, US License 
• Proved ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful
