Executive Briefings Coordinator

Executive Briefings Coordinator 
The Executive Briefing Programs Coordinator is an integral part of the Executive Programs Team. They will support the rapidly growing and highly visible Executive Briefing Program which is designed to cultivate and encourage executive relationships between Tableau, Salesforce, and customers. Working closely with the briefings team, this role will support the full cycle of the briefing process, from creative planning and execution to the final reporting. 

We are seeking a talented marketer with an action oriented attitude. This person will be consistently engaging with the C-suite and VP+ audience, as well as Sales and Marketing leaders, so a professional presence is essential. This position will require the candidate to be a self-starter, quick learner, and ready to dive into the world of executive programs. 

Essential Functions: 
- Manage the reporting process of executive briefings 
- Build and create individual campaigns for each executive briefing (experience with Eloqua is a plus) 
- Formalize the virtual experience by creating high-quality content such as executive event registration pages and Tableau visualizations 
- For each briefing, facilitate communication between all internal EBC stakeholders and - manage invitations (experience with Outlook preferred) 
- Partner with Field Marketing to promote the program, communicate planned events and share results and insights 
- Support the overall Executive Programs team as needed 

Who you are: 
- Experienced. 1-2 years multi-channel marketing experience including 1-2+ years of Enterprise targeting. History with B2B demand generation and integrated campaigns. 
- Exec savvy. Familiar with executive audience personas, leadership messaging, and engagement strategies that are most effective with a CXO and VP+ level audience. 
- Action oriented. Proven track record of delivering innovative customer experiences both through in-person events and digital environments. Capable of bringing forward new program ideas and developing them from concept to execution with limited supervision. 
- Professional. Comfortable engaging with the most senior levels of leadership both internally and with customers. 
- Communicator. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
- Team player. Skilled at working across functional teams and with multiple stakeholders. 
- Enjoys being part of a broader team of collaborative marketers. 
- Project Manager. Can prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple projects and tasks. 
- Problem solver. Able to anticipate and overcome barriers to project success. 
- Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. 
- Educated. BS/BA degree in marketing or business related degree preferred. 
- Tech fluent. Experience in Excel, Tableau and purchase intent tools preferred.
