Executive Director, Retail Marketing (Skincare)

Client Overview: 

Our client is a well-known natural skincare brand with an international footprint including a presence in Sephora.

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the retail marketing strategy and retail channel capabilities to connect the brand as a part of omnichannel retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute retail strategies with a heavy focus on Sephora

  • Maintain the retail marketing calendar across in-store, events, sampling and digital

  • Identify category, product, and merchandising opportunities and points of difference across channels

  • Define the consumer journey and brand retention and loyalty plans to strengthen loyalty and engagement of existing users and attract new users

  • Oversee reporting and analysis to ensure sales plans aligned with business and strategy needs and remain current of emerging industry trends

  • Allocate and assign budget investment priorities and enable fluid on-the-go budget spend framework informed by real time campaign performance

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

  • 10+ years' retail marketing experience

  • Prior Prestige Beauty experience (required)

  • Sephora experience (required)

  • Able to manage and develop a direct report
