*Responsible for maximizing retail sales, maintaining a high standard of customer service, develop, maintain and expand customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales.*Ensures the retail establishment runs efficiently and effectively and also staffs and manages a retail sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability.*Works closely with Sales, Operations, Wholesale and Marketing & PR teams.*Communicates and implements corporate directives to retail associates in a timely and effective manner.*Works closely with wholesale team on merchandising and reorder needs.*Ensures and follows up on all activities concerning campaigns, promotions and sales activities of the store.*Responsible for the implementation of clienteling strategies.*Analyzes selling reports and monthly profitability reports.
*A minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a client driven setting *Ability to work evenings and weekends with flexible hours (weekends required)*Ability to lead and motivate others Proficiency in MS Office Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills*Strong styling capabilities *High energy level Interest in fashion is strongly preferred **
