Full-Time/Direct Hire - Multicultural Agency - Account Director (Hispanic Audience)!

Our agency client is seeking an Account Director to oversee and lead Hispanic targeted campaigns for a Fortune 500 client. The right candidate will be able to strategically lead season-long planning, large-scale event planning, and day-to-day internal account management. Adaptability, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills are required. 

• Challenge and manage a team of 3-5 in-house Account Supervisors, Managers & Coordinators 
• Serve as the primary contact for execution partners, national and regional clients 
• Provide strategic insights during development/planning and reporting 
• Stay up to date on all competitive activity and new trends in the market place - especially within the Hispanic segment 
• Administrative oversight (legal) 
• Tracking and maintaining all program budgets with revenue accountability 
• Crisis management - identify field issues and develop solutions 
• Provide weekly status updates on program results/personnel, client program reporting and reviews 
• 15%-25% Travel; and 
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned 

• 6+ years of Integrated Marketing experience 
• Bilingual in Spanish 
• Client service and overall program management experience (concept, implementation and execution with excellence) 
• Experience managing a team of Market Managers/Event Managers 
• Previous experience dealing with multiple execution partners (agencies, manufacturers, field teams) 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral 
• Strong client communication skills (insight, analysis, and program reporting) 
• Capacity to become knowledgeable on the clients’ industry, brand and product offering 
• Proven ability to be adaptable to changing priorities and requests, while solving problems independently 
• An effective mentor, coach and team leader with previous management experience 
• Extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms 
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
• Must be available to work flexible work hours, which will include evenings and/or weekends at times
