General Manager


Our client is a well known beauty brandspecializing in high end hair care. Their luxurious, legendary, and high qualityapproach presents must-have hair products and a legendary hair salon experience.


Position Overview:

In this role,you would be responsible for presenting exceptional customer service, drivingretail sales, ensuring efficiency of staff and services, and managing dailyoperations at the salon.



•Manage salon performanceto ensure customers receive highest level of customer service; achieve retailsales targets; establish a luxurious and comfortable client experience

•Supervise staff to ensureefficiency and productivity; hire and retain employees; conduct employeeperformance reviews; maintain attendance records; plan and assign employee workschedules

• Greet customers, schedulesalon appointments, open and close the salon, and maintain clean salonpresentation

Prepare payroll bi-weekly, maintain retail andbulk inventory, and reportweekly sales to the vice president of salons

• Coordinate publicrelations and marketing events


Key Qualifications:

•High school diplomarequired, college degree preferred

5 years related salon/retail managementexperience

•Proficient with Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office suite

• Strong organizational, collaborative, and communicationskills
