Global Marketing Manager

In this role, you would be responsible for directing the development and implementation of the company’s global marketing strategies, campaigns, and calendar.
• Lead the development and implementation of the company’s global marketing strategies, campaigns, and calendar
• Serve as the key contact for the development of brand and new product launch marketing campaigns and ensure assets and approvals are met
• Maintain strong relationships with the external PR agency and oversee PR activities, including mailings, timelines, releases, and monthly recaps
• Manage creative copy development, ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, and issue project briefs
• Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred
• 3-4 years' experience
• Beauty industry experience preferred
• Strong creative, analytical, organizational, detail oriented, project management, and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
