Graphic Designer, Digital & Print

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for developinggraphic design elements for various digital and print campaigns, includingemail marketing, social media, and advertisements.



• Develop graphic design elements for various digital andprint campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and advertisements

• Manage all visual elements and develop cohesive designsaligned with the brand’s guidelines and company’s overall objectives

• Collaborate with various cross-functional team members,including the Marketing Director and Senior Graphic Designer to develop designsand achieve objectives

• Remain informed of emerging industry trends and bestpractices; evaluate analytical data and provide strategic recommendations

• Support Interactive Commerce Team initiatives acrossglobal functions

• Create digitally focused concepts and creative thatsupports provided strategy, while keeping brand principles in mind

• Work closely with team of Creative Directors, ArtDirectors, Designers, Copywriters, Producers, Editors, Project Manager &Strategist toward a common goal

• Work in a wide range of media & platforms: brandidentity, digital mobile & web, print, television and video productionsupport

• Research assigned projects and brainstorm/sketch/storyboardideas

• Present designs and concepts to team members, leaders andbusiness partners (to ensure that business strategy and appropriate look andfeel are accurately represented within a compelling design)

• Ensure work is delivered on time

• Support emerging platforms projects as business evolves


Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI Design, ElectronicMedia Design, Advertising or similar field or equivalent amount of relatedexperience 

• 2-5 years’ graphic design or digital designexperience, mobile design & retail/ecommerce experience a plus

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite

• Demonstrable understanding of graphic design, color,composition, typography, and layout; strong portfolio

•  Balance creative and conceptual thinking with stronghuman-centered design sense

• Highly detail oriented and committed to excellence 

• Comfort giving animation direction

• Expert status in Adobe Creative Suite especiallyPhotoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Expertise in preparing design files for productionand development

• Self educates on the latest trends and technologyrelated to digital design

• Explore solutions on a path to the best answer

• Strong collaborator; ability to work well within a teamand across departments

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Good organizational skills with the ability to handlemultiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, highly energetic atmosphere
