In this role, you would be responsible for implementing multi-channel growth strategy and optimizing campaigns. You would also be responsible for increasing engagement and loyalty across platforms and driving consumer traffic.
• Develop and implement multi-channel growth strategy, including SEO, paid social campaigns, influencer development, email marketing, and programmatic display
• Design, launch, and optimize campaigns across online channels to achieve target KPI and financial objectives
• Increase reach, engagement, and loyalty across platforms and leverage emerging platforms to generate new growth opportunities
• Drive consumer traffic to the website, landing pages, and social media and increase conversion rates; implement and maintain a strategic member engagement and retention strategy
• Manage A/B testing and present data findings; identify bottlenecks, define KPIs, and evaluate member data
• Bachelor’s degree
• Growth marketing and hacking experience
• Proven success automating growth processes
