Head of Growth

Client Overview: 

Our client is a popular brand creating the latest, cozy bedding must-haves for every trendsetter. Their groundbreaking, on-trend, and modern approach distinguishes them at the forefront of the industry.

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for directing the developing, testing, and executing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, display, email, broadcast media, and direct mail. You would also be responsible for implementing acquisition strategy to reach new audiences and acquire new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, testing, and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including paid social, display, email, broadcast media, and direct mail

• Manage acquisition-based customer touch points and implement acquisition strategy to reach new audiences and acquire new customers

• Scale the brand’s paid acquisition efforts, further develop efficiency of existing channels, and identify new channels

• Generate customer growth and marketing investment reports, present key metrics, and improve current data infrastructure and analytics tools
• Leverage campaigns and content to support growth and inbound activities in partnership with the brand and design teams

Key Qualifications:

• Extensive Growth Manager experience

• Strong ability to develop insights and conclusions from channel analytics

• Comfortable reporting directly to the CEO and Head of Strategy
