Head of Marketing

In this position, you would be responsible for directing a world-class global marketing and digital strategy to drive growth and increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead the company’s global marketing planning, strategy, and campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness
• Ensure brand consistency across channels, develop new marketing channels, and manage web and social media content
• Partner with the content team to create editorial support for content generation aligned with the content calendar
• Manage strong relationships with external digital and creative agencies and work with the PR agency to ensure successful planning and execution
• Oversee media buying, enhance the brand positioning and target customers with key message, and establish local marketing strategies
• Direct brand policies and guidelines and leverage qualitative and quantitative research and data to guide the marketing strategy
• Supervise direct reports, foster a collaborative environment, provide guidance, and encourage employee career development
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or business
• 8-10+ years’ experience leading digital teams for powerful consumer brands
• 5+ years’ marketing and people management experience
• Digital marketing specialization experience
• Background working across a range of media and channels, including video
