Head of PR, US
Our client is an iconic online fashion retailer offering the latest designer clothing and accessories. Their chic, fashion-forward, and luxurious approach makes it easy to be best dressed in the most stylish looks.
In this role, you would be responsible for leading the PR strategy for the US market and promoting the company’s brands. You would also be responsible for managing strong relationships with senior media contacts in the US and preparing spokespeople.
• Direct the PR strategy for the US market and drive implementation; promote the company’s brands, campaigns, activities, and events to the media, general public, and external audiences in the US
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior media contacts in the US for coverage and ongoing opportunities
• Identify opportunities across media outlets, conferences, and industry events; manage and implement the agreed approach with the Global Head of PR
• Provide Q&A, talking points, current business facts and figures, journalist information, activity overview for direct spokespeople for media and event activities
• Leverage influencer contacts for opportunities to collaborate with onsite content and on the ground events
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly PR activity and partner with the Global Head of PR to provide targets for the US team and PR agency to work against
• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years’ PR experience within the luxury fashion industry
