Head of Sales and Marketing – Asia Pacific Region

In this position, you would be responsible for directing the sales and marketing strategies for the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage the sales forecast and actual results for the APAC region and oversee back end logistics relationships
• Oversee the social media and influencer strategy and implementation for APAC and manage social media partner relationships
• Collaborate with the US integrated marketing team and calendar to ensure APAC is aligned with the overall calendar and brand
• Build a team to deliver on the sales, social, and influencer plan and produce weekly and monthly reports highlighting KPIs, results, and plan versus actual
• Manage legal thru US and in China counsel and remain current of the competitive landscape and emerging industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years’ marketing experience, preferably within digital
• 3+ years’ direct APAC digital marketing experience, ideally within beauty
• Strong understanding of APAC marketplace and social media platforms
• Understanding of revenue generation and general P&L
• Desire to roll up sleeves and execute while also seeing the broader vision of the company
