Help Desk Support - POS
LA Based Apparel Brand is seeking Help Desk Support specialist with POS experience!
This Help Desk Support staff provides technical phone support to all brand retail shops and helps to minimize store system down time and maximize system effectiveness.
- Answer Help Desk Support Line and take appropriate actions, or provide the necessary instructions to the user, to resolve the store system issue.
- Log all calls, issues, and resolutions.
- Update Helper Database with new issues and resolutions.
- Monitor calls via Track It system to ensure the fastest possible resolution to all issues.
MANAGE VARIOUS STORE SYSTEM PROJECTS:
- Transfer knowledge to customer and help desk support.
- Coordinate project updates to the customer and the Project Services Supervisor.
DEPOT REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT TO STORES:
- Record and pull new store system equipment for store.
- Test and restage replacement equipment.
- Ship and track all technical equipment to and from the stores.
- Coordinate the installation and testing of the new equipment into the stores.
ASSIST IN STAGING OF NEW STORE SYSTEMS:
- Assist New Store Installation Coordinator with the staging and configuration of systems for new stores or remodels.
High School YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2-4 Years
