HR Analyst

 Our client, a global activewear brand, is looking for an expert in Excel to join their team as an HR Analyst. 

Duties:

-Excel experience is KEY. They must be able to speak the language and show it in their work. Pivot tables, vlookups, etc are essential for this role

-The nature of the work is focused on the company's human capital.

-Provide local employee and manager support.

-Active contributor to continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.

-Monitor results and activities to document and implement process improvements.

-Develops and recommends change to metrics, service level agreements and vendor relationship based on analysis and objective construct and review of data.

Skills: Minimum 2 years Human Resources experience.

-Strong communication and problem solving skills.

-Analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Team player and strong experience working in a collaborative work environment.

Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment. Education: Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
