Our client, a Beauty Mobile App, is looking to hire an HR Assistant/Coordinator to assist their HR Team! This is a Freelance assignment, full-time hours.
Admin Support to Human Resources
•Process background checks for new hires; forward Authorization for Medical Service form and documents to clinic for physical and drug screening tests.
•Assist Human Resources Manager with preparing new hire packets
•Assist Human Resources Manager with processing payroll
•Assist Human Resources Manager with weekly filing of documents accurately in each specific personnel file.
•Assist HR Manager with I-9 Audits, time and attendance reports, updating employee information in system, benefits open enrollment and other HR activities.
•High School Diploma; AA preferred.
•Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks.
•Experience in an administrative support role.
•Excellent customer service skills and ability to work and interact in a professional level with all internal and external contacts.
•Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
•Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
•Polite, punctual, reliable and dependable.
