HR Business Partner Overview:

As the HR Business Partner, you will execute employment compliance procedures as well as support special projects. This role requires an agile associate who is detail oriented, organized, has strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with associates at various levels.

HR Business Partner Responsibilities:

  • Daily and weekly monitoring of employment compliance data streams related to I9/work authorization documents, independent contractors, onboarding and offboarding documents, employment posters and other related employment issues.
  • Design and build process, reports and scorecards to support these workstreams.

HR Business Partner Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience, preferably in Employment Compliance, HR, or as an employment law paralegal
  • Must have prior experience completing and tracking I9/work authorization documents and doing so for a very large employer is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and follow-throug
  • An ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Must be competent in use of Microsoft Suite.
