HR Coordinator

Leading consumer goods company is looking for a CONTRACT HR Coordinator to join their team! The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience focused on LOAs.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Assist the HR department with various tasks including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, managing employee files, assisting in benefit enrollment, assisting in performance reviews and more
  • Process LOAs
  • Take part in open enrollment process
  • Connect with employees on benefit enrollment
  • Partner with stores and provide HR support
  • Handle job abandonment with retail locations
  • 2+ years HR experience ideally within corporate retail
  • Extensive experience with and knowledge of processing multi-state LOAs
