HR Generalist

Client Overview: 

Our client is a well-known consumer goods company creating the latestmust-have toys. Their high-quality, innovative, and dynamic approachestablishes them as a leader in the industry.

 

PositionOverview:

In this role, you wouldmanage the administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resourcefunction. You would also be fundamental with completing human resources relatedtasks, such as recruitment and employee relations, training, compliance, andsalary administration.

 

Responsibilities:

Implement and update thecompensation program, rewrite job descriptions, conduct annual salary surveys,analyzes compensation, and monitor the performance evaluation program

Develop, recommend, andintegrate personnel policies and procedures; prepare handbook policies andprocedures; perform benefits administration; and approve invoices
Oversee recruitment effortfor all employees; write and place advertisements; collaborate with supervisorsto screen and interview candidates

Conduct reference checking;extend job offers; conduct new-employee orientations; monitor career-pathprogram; and conduct exit interviews
Manage compliance withfederal, state, and local employment laws and maintain all employee andapplicant documentation as necessary by governing agencies
Distribute and monitoremployee performance evaluations and ensure on time completion; evaluatereports and department initiatives; recommend new policies and procedures

 

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field

• Proven HR experience
