HR Reporting Specialist

Our retail client is hiring an HR Reporting Specialist on contract!

Responsibilities: 

- Respond to and complete basic adhoc and recurring data and report requests from both internal and external (to the department) customers.

- Maintain databases, reporting libraries, and documentation, etc.

- Execute intake process and escalate non-standard requests.

- Utilize tools and technology to complete requests as needed.

- Performs necessary report audits and researches issues as needed.

Skills:

- 1-3 years of data reporting required.

- Customer Service experience preferred.

- Advanced Excel knowledge required.

- Experience with confidential data preferred.

- SAP experience preferred.

- Relational database experience required.
