HR Support Analyst
Global sports & apparel brand in Beaverton, OR looking for an HR Support Analyst for a 12-month contract!
As our HR Support Analysts within our HR Solutions team, you’ll partner with users of our Global HR applications to provide support with a focus area on Interfaces. Support provided will include but may not be limited to the following; performing analysis, resolving application issues, application administration/configuration, foundation data maintenance, security administration, acting as a liaison with our IT partners and creating/maintaining documentation. You will manage your requests and inform users of the resolution status. You’ll utilize key applications to identify data and/or application issues to ensure data processes correctly between applications. You will partner with our regional Data Management teams to resolve identified data issues. You’ll utilize your business process expertise to propose process efficiencies and application utilization to optimize the investment in global HR technology based on related metrics and user training needs. You’ll also partner with internal teams & vendors on projects with cross-functional teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field • 2 years additional professional experience in lieu of a degree • 2 years of progressive business analyst experience • Application support experience (supporting multiple applications) is required • SAP HR HCM and Success Factors experience is required • Experience with Global Cross Functional Teams preferred • Experience in HR business functions required • Strong meeting collaboration and verbal & written communication skills required • Ability to work flexible hours to support global users is a plus
