Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for assisting the human resources department by serving as an administrator. You would also be responsible for maintaining the database system, generating reports, and testing applications.


• Assist the human resources department by serving as an administrator and serving as the key contact for database requests

• Develop, implement, and maintain the database system for employee records and ensure information is accurate and up-to-date

• Generate daily and weekly reports for management and assist with all aspects of technical support with the human resources software

• Test and audit applications, maintain training manuals, partner with cross-functional teams, and train staff as necessary

Key Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience

• Ability to data mine

• Workday experience a plus
