Human Resources Admin Assistant

Our client is looking to add a personable, hardworking Human Resources Administrative Assistant to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and at least some exposure to HR / Recruiting

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Team including managing calendars, responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence and more
  • Maintain and update files as needed
  • Receive and review applications
  • Assist in scheduling initial interviews and sending confirmation emails
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions as needed
  • Assist in communicating with hiring manager in regards to new hires
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Experience within Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • 1+ year HR or Recruiting experience
  • Passion for HR and Recruiting
