Human Resources Operations Manager
Our client, a global active wear brand, is looking for a Human Resources Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience centered around recruiting and operations for a large or global brand.
-The nature of the work is focused on the company's human capital.
-Promote and lead efforts to guarantee continuous process improvement, relevant and effective knowledge data base and adequate utilization of HR systems and tools.
-Manage all aspects of HR Direct; up to and including; customer service, employee relations, data integrity.
-Monitor the pulse and health of the business; asses systemic organizational needs of the business; create local action plans to address and facilitate change and transition management initiatives.
- Broker HR Direct and COE services where applicable.
-Proven leadership skills.
-HR background with exposure/experience in aspects of HR including performance/compensation management, employee relations, training and development, recruiting/selection.
-Good written and oral presentation / communication skills.
-Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
Education: Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 6 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
