Company Overview: 

Our client is a top fashion brand creating the latest appeal and accessory must-haves. Their contemporary, on-trend, and cool designs are applauded by the most in style trendsetters.

Position Overview: 

Partner with global team to modify existing modules and create new ones based on our company, category foundations and manager track (leadership development)

Responsibilities:

• Works with global team to define clear learning objectives based on end-use as well as explore new and innovative methods of learning

• Develop content that is relevant, engaging, fun, and easy to implement based on adult learning industry standards

• Partner with Manager as point person for learning and uploading in the chameleon platform

• Support the global team to navigate, learn and troubleshoot in the chameleon platform

• Assist with uploading and creating seasonal content as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools; Chameleon is a bonus.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, especially in writing

• Familiar with learning management systems, particularly with admin and data analysis features-Brainier is a bonus.

• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

• Solution-oriented & accustomed to working in a team environment
