Integrated Marketing Specialist

FTE Salary DOE -max around 80k

Issaquah, WA (on-site only)

The ideal candidate will be a member-centric, data-driven, integrated marketing specialist who will work with staff and clients to ensure marketing messages, branding and processes are aligned with marketing strategy across all channels. Full-time (45+ hours per week) with occasional travel. 

Job Duties/Essential Functions 

  • Demonstrated ability to develop a comprehensive marketing plan via multiple marketing channels
  • Works closely with digital marketing channel owners to understand content needs, opportunities to improve existing content, and prioritize the work
  • Works with internal Marketing to identify the core brand messaging and develop the big-picture understanding needed to ensure content is deployed and resonates with the Members on a timely basis
  • Works with analytics to understand how to build and deploy data-driven growth tactics and optimization
  • Stays in close contact with field marketing to unify the existing in-warehouse channels and content
  • Weaves in related content created/driven by other teams, advocates for its inclusion and crafts solutions that bridge various departments and service providers
  • Develops searchable, SEO (search engine optimization) parameters to build into the content. SEO will be based on intensive keyword research, rank potential, link equity and iterative testing


Experience, skills, education & licenses/certifications 

  • Knowledge of content creation and content marketing, from hands-on work to management
  • Working directly or indirectly with digital marketing channels; e.g., email and email automation, SEO, PPC/SEM, display/re-targeting, and social media
  • Acuity with the strategy, tactics, metrics, and best practices for growing top funnel vs. middle/bottom funnel and the different role content plays at each stage
  • Ability to drive complex and large processes and tasks in parallel with strong strategic project management and writing experience and organizational skills
  • Leading high-performing team and commercial marketing experience
  • Detail oriented and able to work with a diverse number of groups across the company
  • Impeccable written/verbal communication skills; skilled at creating a wide variety of presentations
  • Track record of responsibility for large content budgets and implementing the editorial processes, calendars, and metrics to manage/optimize them
  • Experience with an agile “test and learn” culture, especially as applied to content, being especially adept at learning what content works best through testing and iteration


  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Google Analytics and other analytical tools, e.g., Moz, HotJar, ClickTale, Site Catalyst, Qualtrics, OpinionLab, Tableau, NewsCred
  • Prior experience working within a 3rd party vendor ecosystem, managing and syncing 3rd party applications into a universal Tableau dashboard
  • Demonstrated ability to rank digital content on Google
  • Familiarity with agile workflow, project management, calendars and production schedules
