Interim Media Lead (Beauty)


The Interim Media Lead is responsible for building strong, integrated media and digital solutions with the brand leadership teams to help transform media into world leading, data driven, ROI focused activities that build brands and drive sales. With a varied portfolio, there is huge scope to work.

Working with brands and agency partners, candidates should have a deep knowledge across all media and marketing channels, be conscious of the wider organization such as marketing, trade and retail partners as well as PR, Merchandising and other partners, internal and external.


  • Responsible for providing guidance and advice to market to support achievement of business results by developing, optimizing and steering cross-divisional media & digital business enablers 
  • Responsible for the strategy leadership, formation, strategic alignment and implementation of all national media & digital activities in TV, Digital, Print, Out-Of-Home and future channels.
  • Responsible for developing and putting into place levers that enable reaching consumers most efficiently with media support models matching their portfolio diversity while increasing its data intelligence.
  • Responsible for the overall national media & digital direction and market guidance, leading the entire media process, the integrated (cross-channel) overall strategies, investment plans and commitments to campaign strategies, media planning, purchasing, negotiation, reach and inventory management, activation, tracking, reporting and optimization of campaigns via partners.
  • Leads and develops the national media & digital team and its external partners, owns the national media agency relationship and agency management.
  • Responsible for all commercial national media & digital buying, negotiations and commitments with partner companies and publishers.
  • Acts as the organization’s trusted and leading expert in the media & digital area, and is knowledgeable in current and future policies, practices, trends, technologies and information impacting the business


  • 10-12 years of relevant Integrated Media experience
  • Agency and brand side experience preferred
  • Beauty or Consumer Goods industry experience preferred
