International Sales Manager

Client Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing K-Beauty brand, developed by a Dermatologist. They're known for their BB cream and USDA certified unisex skincare with fun packaging.

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for International business into LATAM starting with Colombia.  This is a dynamic role and will require a collaborative effort to help execute our business development strategy while nurturing and growing key relationships with our internal and external stakeholders to achieve tarqets and goals.


  • Achieve/exceeding sales goals, brand rank and share targets

  • Seek out major clients and form superb relationships with premier buyers

  • Identify valuable and emerging new markets with an immediate focus on LATAM

  • Collaborate with Education, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners

  • Partner with executive level business and marketing leaders

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3-5 years' Sales/Business Development experience in BEAUTY

  • Prior experience working with Sephora

  • Excellent interpersonal + project management skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and a rigorous and detail-oriented mindset are a MUST

  • Strong prospecting skills and superior closing skills

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage details while responding to changing priorities and feedback

  • Able to travel (with overnights) to markets as needed

  • Spanish speaking (MAJOR PLUS)
