IT Help Desk - P.O.S. EXPERIENCE A MUST
Our client, a fashion company has an immediate need for an IT Help Desk technician. This is a 3-6 month contract onsite with potential to extend for the right candidate. MUST HAVE POS EXPERIENCE.
- Strong OS troubleshooting skills (Microsoft, MS AX, SQL)
- Supports basic concerns with customer PC hardware, software, and mobile computing incidents all while logging into company's in house ticketing system
- Provides system support with POS and WMS systems, in addition to Network, Desktop Hardware, and Mobile Device support
- Help Desk management (Zen Desk)
- Network support experience (IP setup, Wireless Aps)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
