IT Help Desk Representative
Our client is a luxury fashion brand, offering apparel, shoes, handbags, and accessories for men and women. Their eclectic, vibrant, and on trend designs are celebrated by celebrities and stylish individuals across the globe.
In this role, you would be responsible for supporting the help desk with email, phone issues, and software implementation. You would also be responsible for working with internal clients and resolving technical issues.
• Respond to incoming help desk tickets to support issues with systems, software, and hardware
• Help install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software; follow up with team members to ensure issues have been resolved
• Maintain daily performance of computer systems and respond to email queries seeking assistance
• Communicate with staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone
• 1-2 years’ help desk experience; retail industry preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
