Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

In the first 3 months…

·         Master searching for talent in our proprietary database

·         Shadow candidate interviews with Sr. Account Managers

·         Update existing candidate profiles

In months 3-9…


·         Identify and qualify new talent for our clients via social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)

·         Submit qualified candidates for consideration towards open jobs

·         Debrief candidates post interview with critical questions to gain client insight

·         Conduct interviews to qualify junior level candidates

In months 9+…


·         Lead interviews for senior level candidates with Sr. Account Manager assistance

·         Present jobs to candidates in a proactive and positive way

·         Begin speaking with clients regarding candidate’s qualifications

·         Work on open jobs with the intention of making a placement

What you are made of:

  • You are an ambitious, dedicated team player with a strong desire to work hard and be successful
  • Minimum 1 year experience in fashion required – Human Resources/Recruiting experience is a plus but not necessary
  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly growing company where everyone likes to work hard and play hard
  • You have a Bachelors Degree
