Junior Account Manager

Position Overview:                    

You will work with the customer service team to process orders, manage inventory, and maintain working relationships with various accounts. This position is ongoing full-time freelance (Monday - Friday; 40+ hours/week). This is a remote position with travel 2-3 times/year.


  • Work with the customer service team to process orders
  • Construct and analyze sales reports
  • Sales forecasting
  • Managing inventory
  • Work cross-functionally with buying team
  • Account Management
  • Will be working from Home mostly with occasional trips to the New York/Florida office for meetings
  • 2-3 accounts that you'll meet with live, twice a year, and one leading to the national sales meeting

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent phone/email communication
  • MS Office (Word, Basic Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a plus
