Logistics and Customer Service Specialist

Client Overview:

Our client is a popular clothing manufacturer creating the latest apparel must-haves for every trendsetter. With their contemporary, fashion-forward, and chic designs, you can effortlessly dress in style every day.

Job Overview:

•    Responsible for developing and ordering price tickets for all customers.
•    Verify that all information is correct including price, UPC codes, Style number, Color code, etc.
•    Obtaining customer approval of tickets where required.
•    Responsible for all packaging stickers on poly bags, interior cartons, and carton marking.
•    Assigning UPC codes to styles as required by the customer.
•    Making sure that all tickets and packing instructions are delivered to factories on time.
•    Approve carton markings from factories.
•    Approve Care and Content labels.
•    Order main labels and care labels for company inventory.

Customer Care-
•    Obtain and review all vendor manuals from customers; update rules and guidelines to ensure full compliance with customer requirements. 
•    Work with sales and production teams to on-board new customers as relates to shipping compliance
•    Share customer shipping and marking compliance information with all factories 

Experience working with WalMart, Ross, TJX, Burlington and Macy’s is a plus


$40-$45K + benefits
