Loyalty Subscription Marketing Manager

In this role, you would be responsible for leading customer based initiatives, including loyalty, rewards, and subscription. You would also be responsible for managing marketing collateral and interactive brand experiences.
• Develop, implement, and manage various customer based initiatives, including VIP/loyalty, rewards, and subscription box model
• Work with cross-functional teams, including the CEO, marketing, graphic design, customer service, and operations to execute programs and manage ongoing operations
• Evaluate customer data and establish user experience analytics and business performance metrics associated with the programs
• Oversee all marketing collateral, interactive brand experiences across desktop and mobile, and offline events associated with the loyalty programs
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years’ experience in loyalty operations, loyalty marketing, strategy development and execution, and CRM
