Luxury Sales Associate

Client Overview: 

Our client is a renowned accessories brand creating the latest luxury handbags for every fashion enthusiast. Their modern, fashion-forward, and innovative designs add the perfect finishing touch to every stylish look.

Position Overview:

In this role, you would be responsible for driving store sales and supporting the director on all retail operations. You would be responsible for providing the highest-level customer service, sharing insight to exceed clients’ needs, and driving sales.


• Achieve forecasted sales targets; provide exceptional customer service at all times; greet and engage every client

• Collaborate with stylists and personal shoppers, network with key industry contacts,  promote the brand, and drive store traffic

• Maximize every selling opportunity by suggesting key pieces, incorporating latest trends, and highlighting current promotions

• Establish and build relationships with clients; maintain customer database; remain in contact with clients to retain lifetime customers
• Provide thorough product knowledge and answer any inquiries regarding price, features, and benefits, enhancing customer engagement and maximizing sales

• Remain current of present fashion trends and styles to incorporate into recommendations; understand current merchandise selection and features

Key Qualifications:

• Luxury retail apparel, accessories, or jewelry experience 

• Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities

• Established client, stylist, and personal shopper contacts preferred
