Luxury Store Manager-Las Vegas, NV

Our Client is a very well known luxury brand and they are seeking a highly experienced store manager in Vegas,  that is CURRENTLY working in luxury.


  • Manage and supervise all team members 
  • Conduct all meetings
  • Oversee the operational requirements
  • Achieve weekly, monthly and annual goals for the store
  • Communicate daily sales reports to team and review individual goals; review company KPI expectations
  • Build and maintain client relationships and ensure the team’s client books are following company standards at all times
  • Create a strong selling presence on the sales floor for all team members by mentoring and coaching and team selling
  • Partner with HR Department and Regional on recruiting, interview and selection process
  • Maintain high standard of personal product knowledge of all collections and fit
  • Follow company visual directives and partner with Visual Merchandising team
  • Manage the inventory of the store, maintain negative inventory and conduct inventory bi annually.
  • Develop network relationships with other local luxury retailers and hotels/casinos, as well as community outreach 
  • Coordinate in store events

  • Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays

  • Must have min of 5 yrs of management experience and 2 yrs of Store or General Manager experience. And must be a store manager NOW
  • MUST come from high end luxury or designer brands ONLY
  • Only from full price store, not outlet experience!!
