LUXURY Training and Development Coach- Las Vegas
TOP LUXURY BRAND seeking DYNAMIC TRAINER to join their team in LAS VEGAS!!!
Purpose: As per the world-wide directive, individual will coach/train boutique staff and brand representatives to appropriately apply the Sales & Service Fundamentals of the brand to increase their success in sales and customer service.
~ Enhance quality and maintain integrity of the brand image by coaching/training the sales associates in all aspects of optimal selling and customer service.
~ Develop and/or enhance selling skills by observing customer interactions, conducting coaching sessions and training classes, performing role plays, providing feedback, creating self-awareness in the staff, etc.
~ Coach and train boutique staff to provide the highest level of customer service to support the growth of sales.
~ Liaison with boutique management to provide continuous coaching and training of staff through sales analysis, customer feedback, and staff meetings.
~ Handle initiatives in creating and adapting programs and curriculum, program content, obtaining appropriate equipment, room set up, timeliness, organizational skills, being prepared for all eventualities, and successfully coming up with creative solutions when issues may arise.
~ Control budgets related to individual trainings and T&E.
~ Assist with actual client sales as appropriate.
Desired Skills and Experience:
~ A minimum of three to five years of solid experience in training and or sales and customer service, background in retail luxury product selling is required.
~ Previous management and/or training experience is preferred.
~ Ability to motivate, cultivate and develop teams as the brand image and guidelines.
~ Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to be diplomatic, motivating and persuasive with others in a consistent manner.
~ Computer proficiency with Word, Excel is required.
~ Foreign languages and a college degree in a related area is a plus.
~ Ability to travel on an ad-hoc basis.
