Manager, Global Client Development

Client Overview: 

Our client is an iconic specialty retailer presenting the most luxurious jewelry and accessories. Their glamorous, contemporary, and on-trend designs are celebrated by A-list celebrities on the red carpet and the most stylish trendsetters alike.

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing key technology capabilities and tools. You would also be responsible for in-store clienteling platform, customer information capture tools, and retail training and communications

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the creation and execution of new platforms and functionalities to enhance clienteling abilities and support the brand’s client development strategy

• Identify and analyze opportunities to improve the retail-facing platforms and functionalities for existing and prospective clients

• Partner with IT and global sales operations teams to monitor and ensure requirements are translated into the final design

• Generate and analyze performance reports by using surveys and in-store evaluations for capabilities and tools; integrate recommendations into effective tools

• Work with the global systems training team to launch new functions and develop retail training and communication plans

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Client development experience
