Manager, Global Marketing - Skincare and Color

Client Overview:

Position Overview:

In this role, you will manage the Complexion and Skincare global categories to increase growth and build brand equity. You'll be responsible for developing launch strategies including product positioning, concept, event guidelines, launch tools and consumer activations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Direct global marketing strategy to differentiate and elevate the brand; direct marketing research initiatives to continue building brand equity and awareness

  • Collaboratively create and implement cohesive launch strategies; liaise with communications, digital, and education teams to develop activation plans to generate consumer interest

  • Present new launch updates for product launches at the quarterly marketing meeting; prepare strategic planning and retailer presentations; lead the sampling program for key launches in conjunction with product development teams

  • Conduct full category analysis and provide highly strategic recommendations for new products

  • Remain current on emerging industry trends and best practices; provide recommendations and competitive insights with regional and global teams


  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; MBA preferred 

  • 2-5 years' relevant marketing experience with 2+ years in Makeup/Skincare
