Manager, Global Trade Marketing

In this position, you would be responsible for directing 360 marketing strategies for domestic and international retailer programs.
• Lead the CMO and global marketing team with driving 360 marketing strategies highlighting domestic and international retailer programs
• Manage account promotions, sampling programs, CRM tactics, and in-store events to maximize exposure and drive the business
• Maintain strong relationships with marketing partners from all retailer and distributor teams and oversee timelines to deliver assets by established deadlines
• Direct global marketing strategy for foreign markets, including adapting messaging, adjusting product positioning, leveraging local trends, and making recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-5 years’ trade marketing experience in the prestige beauty space
• Experience with Sephora, Ulta, and/or international marketing a plus
