Manager, International Trade Marketing (Beauty)

Client Overview:

Position Overview: 

In this role, you will manage go-to-market execution of the brand strategy for Southeast Asia & Australia markets. This person will support the Director in leading the international team and directly manage and develop an Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the growth and profitability of the brand by leading best-in-class go-to-market execution of the brand strategy in a portfolio of regions

  • Act as interface between New York head office and international partners

  • Deliver sales goals as set by management and ensure productivity targets are met

  • Drive to deliver 15%-20% of total business online 

  • Develop localized marketing calendars, new launch plans and retailer specific marketing activities by partnering with local affiliates and regions and/or retailers

  • Manage budget and ROI for go-to-market execution activities for assigned region

  • Optimize product assortment and in store merchandising/gondola assortment, managing activities that lead to on-time launches 


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in the beauty business in a sales or marketing role 

  • Experience with Sephora or specialty retailers

  • Proficient with Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 

  • Fluency in other languages (preferred) 

  • Available for international travel (20%)
