Manager of Global Influencer Relations

Position Overview:

In this position, you would be responsible for working with the Social and Brand Experience Senior Manager to develop and execute monthly influencer media campaigns that align with the macro-marketing strategy.


• Work with the Social and Brand Experience Senior Manager to develop and execute monthly influencer media campaigns that align with the macro-marketing strategy, taking into account product spotlights, commerce goals, retailer promotions, press, events, and partnerships, as well as the overarching brand story and evergreen key messages
• Develop a strong understanding of the brand and overall aesthetic and use this to craft a social content and scout influencers, ensuring the brand is consistently being exposed to new audiences through Influencer Marketing
• Develop and nurture influencer relationships to establish as a brand that influencers love to work with and to build a community of trusted influencers that the brand can partner with on a regular basis
• Create a detailed and organized dossier of influencers that the brand can utilize when executing targeting brand campaigns
• Educate influencers on the brand story, SPF, products, and important brand information
• Manage RewardStyle account - educate influencers, distribute budget quarterly, communicate initiatives to reps, select influencers, approve content and, manage deliverables
• Manage influencer budget, RewardStyle budget, and social shoot budget - negotiate partnerships, and allocate funds on a monthly basis
• Manage and coordinate monthly social photo shoot alongside our photographer and Art Director
• Be the expert in innovative ways to connect and reach influencers
• Partner with the brand experience and marketing team to concept out influencer gifting campaigns and product launches that will ‘wow’ people and generate social content
• Develop and execute compelling and interesting concepts for quarterly social strategy that includes content plan and influencer partnerships, inspired by the larger marketing focus
• Ensure proper FTC disclosure with influencers
• Manage more robust influencer partnerships that include event hosting or ‘getaway trips’
• Manage and execute influencer relationships to support our ongoing relationship with Vail Resorts
• Promote the brand’s voice and aesthetic across social media channels, ensuring all content is 
on-brand and deployed according to best practices; have the ability to determine what type of content will work best on what platform and optimize accordingly 
• Be the expert in handling customers and leverage social communication tools to enhance the brands’ 
• Become an expert in analyzing output from social software tools (e.g. Dash Hudson and Instagram 
Insights) and establish a reporting cadence internally 
• Stay on top of happenings and developments in the social media world and propose ideas of how to best incorporate them into our social content; stay on top of broader industry trends, the latest social media advancements, and relevant campaigns and competitors

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher

• 3+ years’ relevant marketing experience in beauty, fashion, or retail

• Passion for our brand and the energy to help us grow
• A deep understanding of the social media and beauty influencer landscape; a general understanding of digital marketing including SEO and leveraging social cross channel
• Highly creative and innovative, highly engaged with everything cutting edge in the social media space
• An ability to manage valuable relationships and collaborate with both internal and external partners
• Have a strong aesthetic judgment; can convey ideas in a clear and precise way without losing the essence of the brand; have a solid understanding of the brand demographic and what style of influencer will work best with the brand’s overall aesthetic
•  Strong organizational skills, detail oriented; ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment, creative, self starter who can take an idea and run with it
